You may pay via Paypal by following the link directly from your shopping cart, you do not need a Paypal account to pay with Paypal and you can use a creditcard.
I also accept payment via PPPay.com, Moneybookers.com, or Nochex, and soon I will be accepting payment via google checkout. I only accept payment by cheque in GBP Sterling from customers within the United Kingdom. If you plan to pay by any of these methods please send an email quoting the item code and await further instructions.
Goods will not be dispatched until the payment fully clears into my account.
Postage and packing
I ship worldwide and charge £1.50 per item for standard delivery regardless of its destination. If you require insurance email me for a quote.
I always obtain Proof of postage.
I offer a shipping related discount on multiple purchases, refunded via Paypal, or deducted from the invoice if payment is made by any other option.
Delivery
I normally send out orders within five days of payment clearing. I will contact you to let you know your item has been shipped. I am in the United Kingdom if you are outside of the UK please allow up to 10 days for your parcel to be delivered from the day it was dispatched.
Returns and Refunds
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase please send me and email. I will refund if an item is returned within 7 days of receipt and is in its original condition. I will not refund postage costs unless the item is faulty. I am proud of the high quality of my work, if a fault of any kind becomes apparent I will refund replace or repair. When returning items please ensure you use an adequate method of postage and insurance for the value of the item being returned, and obtain a proof of posting.
